As you browse the virtual shelves, you can read the reviews of the staff, add a review if you've already seen it, or read reviews of people who've already seen the movie. Not all titles are reviewed, but at several hundred are. Check the top 10 for the editors choices. If you want to rent a video, a simple click puts it in your shopping basket, and will hold it there for a half hour if you'd like to continue browsing. It's definitely a better deal to rent the limit of 3, since the shipping charges are the same for 1 to 3 videos. Rentals average $4.95 for video and $3.50 for dvds for a full 5 day rental (they allow 3 days each way for shipping also, so 11 days start to finish). Nice concept, and finally those who don't want to go to a real life video store (or just don't have access to one) have a place to rent from. Also, if you like a video so much you want to keep it, you can pay the regular price MINUS the rental fee. Great try before you buy deal.
